I believe his name is Robert LaSardo. I've seen him in many TV shoes and movies. And he's always playing a bad guy! He is a really good actor though and I'm sorry that he's not on GH anymore.

he was after sky because of lorenzo. if you look up alcazar, the scenes where jesse was killed and alcazar wanted to call a truce with sonny it will make more sense then.

He was not on the force when Manny took Elizabeth. He had just quit because Jesse got shot in the head and died.

Liz & Sky was smart for doing what they did (cell phone & extingisher/run "ur hurting me"). I felt bad for Liz. You could tell she was terrified (I would be too if a pycho like Manny grabbed me (especially after her rape). How did he duck tape her & why was he after Sky in the first place?
