@cgptony11 that way if he has to "let someone go" he will not get a lawsuit for being a "racist". He is not a universtiy who wants to shout out how diverse they are. He is putting together a band to back his music. I am sure he has black friends if that makes you sleep better. What about asians, does he need that too. Honestly what a ridiculous observation. that you would bring up.

Don't get me wrong, I am as good a Gino Vannelli fan as anyone! I adore the mans talents. But, I've noticed something about Gino Vannelli and the bands that back him up. They are always very talented musicians and artists in their own right. But has anyone else noticed (to my knowledge at least!) that Gino's has never had a black man in his band? Whazz up Gino, the Consummate renaissance man...
