Sweet! I've had really tight anterior spine muscles around t4 to t6 for a few years, just did some AIS flexing my neck - pivoting at the Axial-Occipital joint chin into neck - and it's cleared up in two days. Great, because standard manual therapy could hardly touch it being anterior to the spine, although nobody tried joint mobilisations on it. No need now ;) Please post more, will subscribe to your channel.

The Key to ankle sprain is get it moving in natural ROM, THEN Strengthen ALL the muscles around the ankle to help support and stabilize the ankle. Using towel exercises and ANKLECISER or bands

Can get the swelling out of the muscle by Immediately moving it thru ROM. Also it helps realign the Fibroblast fibers that are being put down over the injured area.
I did not work on MJ. But have had people come in using crutches after spraining an ankle, etc. and leave walking.
Had another client whose foot was swollen and deep purple, toes the size of sausages and in an hour had light pink color and normal sized toes.
