材料:羊里肌、鹽、蒜泥、米酒、辣椒粉、孜然粉

做法:
1.少許的鹽、蒜泥、糖與酒先將羊肉醃漬30分鐘。
2.用竹籤將羊肉串起,烘烤到羊肉表面微焦。
3.將辣椒粉、孜然粉灑上肉串,再續烤到香料香味出來即可。
