It's just a shame that Fame Academy never took off in the same way as Pop Idol or X Factor or its winners, runners-up, etc, got the same publicity and promotion. The talent (generally) was far higher in Fame Academy.
Alistair and Carolynne are still the second best male and female singers in any TV talent show in recent years in my opinion - only behind the extraordinary voices of Leona Lewis and Rhydian Roberts.
