dont mean to be skeptical, but dont magnets ruin disks?
TheZumiezNation 2 months ago
@TheZumiezNation as far I know, magnets only affect electromagnetic based media, such as floppy disks or VHS. DVD disks are optical based, so I think it will be ok, I also didnt had any issue with the gamecube disks other than scraches caused by accidental drops. I used magnets cause it seemed an easy way to lock the disc's door :)

How did you wire the screen to the gamecube?
rowen211 5 months ago
@rowen211 I used composite video connection and stereo sound by soldering directly from the tv board to the gc board, the tv is a old xenarc 800m lcd screen, powered by 12 volts, the same voltage the GC uses
