Honda CB500 random GoProHD

still stuck in winter-depression so I was going through my little gopro-archives and I found those videos, those were my first "Chest-Mount" test shots. You won't hear anything but wind and the road is not too spectacular. But since I'm waiting to ride again (September was the last time for me) I just wanted to do something bike-related and then I thought "okay, why not upload it, I haven't been uploading anything for ages now"

whats is that digital device ? easy to install ?

@Barteamjoe it's a speedometer produced by "Acewell" - I guess it's not really easy to install, since you'd have to do the wiring. But I switched back to the original speedometer anyway...

billduke251273, i owned the gs 500 and i currently own a 2002 cb 500. the cb 500 is hands down faster and torqiuer than the gs 500. i test rode a kawasaki er 500 and the cb 500 is the fastest by far. it is great on gas, fast as shit, and never, ever lets you down. the bike will be your best friend even if you dont treat it right. treat it right and you will have it for life.

@billduke251273 Actually, it is quite fast for the small engine it has. It's no problem to keep up with the big guys in group rides. (as long as they are not completely nuts ;) ) - And yes, definitely go for the CB - it is simply the best bike you can have for such little money, it's uber-reliable and great fun - perfect for a good start :)

looks quite quick that litttle 500. im 19 and passed my test. looking for cb500 or gs500 would prefer the honda, for build quality etc, of course.
