This rare Quench track was recorded live in 2003 back in the days when Quench secretly wished they were POD! Although it never made the Afterglow album, it has always been a fan favourite. This rare clip was taken straight from the mixing desk with no overdubs or remixing so it's pretty raw. Jamie also had a throat infection at the time and actually played this show against medical advice! You're not hardcore unless you live hardcore! Right kids?! His vocals are not up to their usual stunning quality, but this is rock baby - if you want perfection, go and watch a boyband miming on a kids TV show.

  • This is my favorite Quench track. I used to love this band. The youth group that I went to used to take us to their gigs all the time, but I soon stopped hearing anything about them. I got the Afterglow album, 'twas good. Is Quench still alive? What are they doing now?

  • Quench are back as of August 2008 with the release of "Reality Radio" their new EP, which is available on iTunes exclusively! It was produced by Joe Gibb (Funeral For A Friend, Janes Addiction etc) and it knocks spots off anything Quench have recorded before.

They are also out on tour (see myspace page quenchuk ) after supporting Fightstar and MXPX on the main stage at this year's Greenbelt Festival.

Quench are back and better than ever before! Check out the new EP NOW!

  • Also, did they ever release 'Who do you say I am' on any album? Or is this poor quality vid the only way I can get to hear it? You said so yourself that it's a fan favorite.
