Ibanez exotic wood: Ash EW20ASE

This is my acoustic guitar:
An Ibanez EW20ASE

The 'EW' stands for exotic wood: this same model comes in zebrawood, cordia (walnut) and cocobolo. There are also 12 strings and a few smaller models available in the same gorgeous colours.

The EW20 looks great:
- a jumbo body
- abolone inlays on headstock & body
- wonderful pearl 'infinity' 12th fret inlay
- special, sharp cutaway

It also sounds brilliant:
- STRn preAmp
- integrated tuner
- balanced XLR output for connection straigt to a PA-system

I've owned this guitar for more than a year now and I absolutely love it. In fact, I like this type of wood so much, I decided to buy an ash electric guitar (Check out my other video's on youTube)

I have absolutely no regrets about mine.

Still love the look and sound.

There are obviously even better guitars around, but not many in the same price range. Worth every penny.

Just the guitar, and recorded with my digital camera, which is a piece of sh*t.

@CherryConcrete Don't say crap if you don't know shit about it.. It's real ash wood, since Ash wood has a much crispier and brighter tone vs Mahogany. Also, have you even played it? I was scratching my head over this and a Tayler Elec/Acous and eventually bought both. Great guitar for it's price and plays almost as well as my Taylor. Only problem is if you look at the action it's a bit slanted towards the top which is what some people prefer but I really like it level. Oh and I paid 374 for it.

The thing about those 'exotic woods' Ibanez guitars is that most of them are actually plywood.

You have to really shop around to find one that isn't.

i saw this guitar in a pawn shop for $380 or so a few weeks ago... and i literally cant get it out of my head, its in good condition, missing 2 strings, olding, but that will just give it a more beautiful tone! im trying my best to buy it!
