Can you do infinite credits for Contra?
-
in these games are they the full ones
-
No, you can't. But you can choose the difficulty level and how much credits you will take. With this options contra isn't much a very hard game.... XD XD XD XD XD
-
when u play contra can you save the game and go back to it later
-
i could buy this im not sure it does have its ups, but i wouldnt buy it for contra, because contra4 for ds has the original contra as an unlockable :)
-
i didnt grew up with that games but... fuck yeah its fckn classic i just love this collection! :D

The collection really shows that Konami have been making great games for ages. Yie Ar Kung Fu and Green Berret really take me back to my Amstrad days.
This cartridge is excellent value. Just being able to play Contra on a handheld is good enough. Not to mention those quality shooters like Twinbee and Gradius.

Wow, what a great deal for the DS, lots of classics.

Awesome video series 2econd 2tage. Many of these games are classics, I loved them. I remember having Gradius for the Sega Megadrive and many other of the titles you mentioned in some, or other console. It's such an extensive collection of games that Konami stuck on this cart, too good to turn down I think . I really should get this game, it would keep me occupied for houurrrrrssss. Brilliant stuff as always. Keep up the great work 2econd 2tage. *****
Oh so i could leave comments here on the last part :P
Well i left a big one on your page after seeing the first part so go check it out :)
One thing you didnt mention, maybe you didnt even know about it. is that if you play twinbee with two players you can combine your ships into one super ship wich makes the game easier.(still it aint very easy)
I really hope more retro collections like this will come out for the DS.

Yes, you´re right! I had completely forget that to mention. And there are also some more features in this collection like flyers and stuff. But here you see a ´good´ example of explaining stuff while playing. I fail at that, no doubt about it. But anyway, thank you very much for the nice comment.
Btw.: I also saw the Namco Collection for the DS some time ago. Looks very interesting. And another thing:
I´m still waiting for Contra 4!! C´mon, Konami, what´s the matter XD ?!
