03Pulaski County Quorum Court Lake Maumelle Watershed Attorney talks about lack of science.wmv

The Pulaski County Quorum Court held a meeting December 20th at 7pm to discuss the Lake Maumelle Watershed Plan, 11-I-103A. The meeting was supposed to be a public hearing, but the plan had been written long before the public was made aware of it. The Planning Commission had voted to allow the plan to go before the Quorum Court, which is run by the corrupt Buddy Villines

The Pulaski County Attorney talked about how one amendment to the watershed plan was based on an arbitrary number and not "science". The Attorney failed to mention that TetraTech's numbers were based on junk science for the benefit of UN Agenda 21.
