I take it you are one of the 99% since you can't spell "lose" correctly, but any road.... There are plenty of kids who are born to stable homes who are f-ups as well. The point is you never know. I think this ad is great not because I want to see abortion outlawed, but because it will cause people who are not in horrific circumastances to at least think before they do it. I fail to see the harm in that.....

lou4brew. Although I agree with your statement "Keep them legal, keep them few". No one wants abortion to be turned in to another form of birth control.

LOL.... You mean "damn good" as in they didn't bother to mention the real facts, such as; for every person who succeeds growing up under those conditions, there are hundreds (if not thousands) who don't...
Just like Powerball (or any lottery) feature their latest jackpot winner under the headlines "IMAGINE THE POSSIBILITIES", but conveniently fail to mention that 99% of you will loose. No wonder you can sell anything to morons.
No critical thinking required, nor desired;-).

You know, I'm pro-choice, but this is a damn good commercial. I'm glad it didn't run on the superbowl (it's just not the forumn, no matter the stance) but this is a good message to make people think twice before getting an abortion. Keep them legal, keep them few

so, the christians, trying to get their agenda across, use obama to piggy back their idiotic anti-abortion tactics. how...predictable. honestly, i wouldnt be surprised to see the pope sucking obamas dick to get an executive order to outlaw homosexuality. really, its just pathetic how far the common christian will stoop to transform their wrong into a "right". you fuckers dont have the right to outlaw abortion, and its not going to happen. the option will always be there, so go die.

Since the government (or anyone else) don't have control over a womans reproductive abilities, the only thing they can do, is creating limits and restrictions for her (with various results). So from a purely logical standpoint, we have no choice but to support her choice.
Let's say a woman knew she would get pregnant, but also knew that the baby wouldn't reach it's first (or second birthday) for example. A lot of women would then choose the lesser of the two evils and abort. I don't blame 'em.

Once again, a fetus RIGHT to live is a moot point, since it all depends on the mothers capabilities, resources and even willingness to raise that child. Therefore, the laws and society in general have no choice, but to accept that a womans rights and wishes have preference over the fetus.
In addition; It must be so much more emotional (and perhaps spiritually) devastating to loose a child after a couple of years bonding with it, after birth, than it would aborting it as a fetus.

Good points! Damn that was a "boring issue" since we almost agree:-(.
I know the vast majority of gun owners are responsible individuals. What really bothers me a lot when it comes to the gun-rights issue though, is something we all hear way to often. A regular hard working stiff just lost his job, his wife left him and the house is about to be foreclosed. It doesn't take much to reach for that bottle of whiskey and the gun to "solve some problems". But I can see both sides of the coin.

i agree not everyone should own a gun, lol. Well it might be different for us because we are directly connected to other countries. Even if they became illegal, they would still "find" themselves here. Illegal drugs cough up billions so trust me they'd find a way to get em here and it would be scare that criminals and cops were they only ones with protection.
