Officers Illegally Parked Car 4

Here is the car again parked illegally at the hydrant, even while another is ticketed. Again, this is right outside the officers home on 13th street in manhattan, where he parks his personal vehicle when he is off duty at the fire hydrant.

Violation# 4-08(e)(2)
It's his personal parking spot.

I came out of a Doctor appt. to see a parking enforcement officer issuing me a ticket for parking a bit to far away from the curb. I looked, and the officer had her vechile parked in front of a hydrant to give me a ticket. I just said calmly when your done issuing my ticket give yourself one for the hydrant park job. she flipped out on me. I wish this happened when cell phone cameras were common thing.

boot the officers car and see how they like it. Police do not get any slack and are now above the law.
