Tim Laughlin & Band at Satchmo Summerfest 8/2/08

Tim Laughlin performs "Blues for Faz", the Sidney Bechet tune "Si Tu Vois Ma Mere" (If You See My Mother), and "Lonesome". I don't know the name of the first song. You'll hear a train's horn at the end. Tim called it "the E-flat train". Too bad the song was in B-flat. Tom McDermott on piano, Connie Jones on cornet, Rick Trolsen on trombone.

I wonder if the two, Connie and Tim remember their stints in New Zealand?? We had great fun in different years with the Dr Jaz band.

This here is a remarkabel Music, pitty we can't hear the Bass. Microfon seems to be on "compression" it opens up when it gets soft,abd adjusts down when it gets Forte.
