Yes, that's an Ono - and Ron T fileting it. Ron has probably caught and fileted 10,000 fish since 1979, when he first came to Kwaj. Too bad the current contractor has made it all but impossible to live and work there :-(

Definitely a wahoo. Ono is the Hawaiian name for Wahoo. It's also the Hawaiian word for delicious. Ever taste a wahoo?
Also, when you hook one up you say "Wahoo!" and if it gets off you say "Ono!"

why would he be cleaning a barracuda? Im pretty sure it was a wahoo. and Btw, I used to live out there and worked at that marina.

I'm relatively sure that is a Barracuda, and that is my history teacher in the background, Prof. F
