Scott you're a beast. After watching a majority of your video's I've changed my life around, used your tips and workouts and ended up gaining a good amount of muscle, losing some fat, and getting a lot more cut. I just gotta stay motivated! Thanks!

Took your idea of 5 exercise and four rounds and personalized the workout according to what I had available.
KB swings
KB Squats
Leg circles (on your back, legs together, making big circles)
One arm bent rows (alternating each round)
KB Curls (thick rope looped thru the bell)

Scott, luv ur bod! how do i exercise to enlarge my forearm and wrist as my wrist is very small and skinny? thanks!

What are the benefits of the power pulls ups? Because I thought using your momentum ti lift you up was wrong.

@kimydems24 You will work more fast twitch muscle fibers. Believe me, My back and biceps were sore for 3 days.. you are not missing out on anything... :)

@TheSoapyZombie I try to ea as much as I can and then go to sleep. I usually wake up feeling better. Medicine helps too! Drink lots of water! :)
