  • Without being able to see it, my suggestion it to get a professional over there to look at the situation. Get multiple opinions and compare.

  • i have a brand new home i moved in 7 months ago and it has stepcracks coming from each window in the basement and also my concrete is hairline cracked all over.and when outside i can see my cinder blocks shape with a watery substance showing the shape.then like in a week that watery substance turns into cracks what should i do?
