By the way, that L1 > O > X(3) > R2 > Down > Up > X code

(For X-box 360 it's: LB > B > A(3) > RT > Down > Up > A)

Does work, the reason it doesn't work is because you must do it BEFORE you start a career, when you start a career then try it, it won't work.
