Nestled in a valley at the upper end of the Malitep tributary 5000 ft above sea level and 275 km north of Manila, is the secluded town of Sagada. Known for it's hanging coffins, other popular activities include spelunking, rappelling, rock climbing, and trekking to waterfalls. Me, I vote for its quiet, secluded, and relaxing appeal. This is definitely the place to go if you want to get away from the chaos of Manila and enjoy a little serenity.

this place looks incredible! thanks for sharing! i have a question tho...
being away from an obvious tourist area like Manila, do you need to know the language in Sagada, or is English still understood there?
