  • Yes, he was an Emperor. What was he supposed to wear! His is a much-slandered Monarch; who wrote this ordered that it be written and presented on film - the Ayatollah and the mullahs. Damn them to hell.

  • almost all political leaders during that time, with the exception of American political leaders, wore similar suits. It ws just the fashion of the times for leaders. BBC and many media will do anything to demonize and degrade the Shah.

  • I think that this is another example of the propaganda used to popularise the islamic regime just after the revolution. Another sign that the it wasn't the iranian people but western politicians who were the cause of the catastrophe called the islamic revoultion.

  • This documentary is subjective as f****. It's just pure propaganda for this theocracy of muslimfundamentalists. Most world leaders of the West are still hurt that the Shah raised the oil prices. HA! Go cry because now Ahmadinejad is raising the oil prices, rebuilding Iranian villages and reducing the power of the Ayatollahs. Hopefully, one day, the Pahlavi family will be able to go back in Iran and we'll have a democracy where the royals have a ceremonial status.

  • 3rd world dictator wtf

  • @tubesrw

Iranian shah was a very good person !

  • The Shah has been gravely misrepresented by his after-world. The truth is that he was the opposite of a "tyrant". He was a good-hearted, mellow, benevolent and very just person. Weak? Yes! Afflicted by complexes and psychological burdens? Yes! But nevertheless a very good person, with a very good character who loved his country and wanted to turn it into one of the world's most advanced states.

  • Sheytan khodeti kesafate arab-zadeh!!!

  • yes, they leave out the first revolution of Iran, the constitutional revolution. That 1905 revolution put severe limits on the powers of the Qajars in favor of a democratic system

  • The Shah did mistakes but you can not compair the Shah with this present system!

He was not a cruel murder!!! I hope his soul will rest in peace and he could watch one day from above on Iran and smiles!

  • So WHAT, sons are always different from their fathers. To be hated by the Mullahs is an honour. These black-gowned monsters who force women to go about wrapped in yards of black cloth are human vampires.
