@gyzzuaru The only way to stop the fermentation process is to add sulfites or sorbates (usually Campden tablets and potassium sorbate) Refridgeration does not stop fermentation.
Puting the bottles in the fridge will slow down fermentation, but it won't stop it. If refridgeration stops fermentation, then he wouldn't have to be worried about using glass bottles.
@opop38523852 Yeast and Sugar make ethyl alcohol(the kind you get drunk off of). But because you are restricting airflow with a cap, the yeast won't get enough oxygen, and won't live long enough to produce a noticeable amount of alcohol.
You'll have around 0.35%-0.2% alcohol content. In other words, you'd need to drink about the volume of your body to get even remotely drunk. It would take 34 glasses of this soda to equal a glass of wine(which is ~10% alcohol). Wouldn't show on a breathalizer
i find this video difficult to maturbate to. . . . .

@dvdfrnzwbr Could irradiation work too? I heard sulfites are bad for people.

@handiest1 Yeast and sugar is definitely easier to find, and much much cheaper than buying a CO2 cylinder.

Just get a CO2 cylinder, forget sugar, fermenting, and all that jazz.
