Translation:
We are soliders.
Today we fight a war.
In the desolute city...
Not with the enemy, but with the citizens.
They may have their reasons
But we have a duty
to defend the city.
In the battle between ideologies
we are sacrificed
Why do we do this?
There are only ironical things.
We are then just forgotten.
Just a small scene in the news.

I like this because it allows me a chance to really get a close look to what generally a good, informed and intelligent person might feel when doing the things he does against his own people. I wish i could see more of this honest side of police besides the BULL SHIT of "COPS" and other "frontier justice" shows. I would respect them and understand.

um.. so how much do you know anything about korea anyway? battle between the classes... poor sons of the country faithfully serving their unpaid duties and barred from retaliating vs hired professional gangs supplying improvised weapons to bark up the wrong tree? Great!

Ok, maybe you would study the history of the battle between the classes and you may understand why this happend.
Maybe i would do an animation of police brutality...
