The Smashing Pumpkins gave their fans the chance to use their green screen footage from "Tarantula" and create their own music video. Out of over 60 entries, this was the winning entry by Levi Ahmu.

For those who don't know, there is a full version on the winners own youtube channel. Just search for "Smashing Pumpkins - Fan Tarantula Video (Full)" by Hilum.

Why the Pumpkins didn't upload the whole thing, I have no idea. But like this to get it up on the top comments for everyone to see.

I remember seeing the full version before somewhere, maybe even here. It went all the way to the end. It had a prodcution company credit at the end

I think it focuses too much on the weird-looking dude wearing the HUGE collared cape(I only know the names of the original members, other than Billy obviously).

And not enough attention is paid to the female back-up singer. It's like the person who made this intentionally cut her out. But other than that an extremely enjoyable video.
