  • That's Peter Parker now.

    The Commenter has spoken

  • Google: US Federation of Worker Owned Cooperatives. Do they represent the alternative?

  • The kid is right.

  • At least you did something !!!!!

  • this whole movie is just people arguing and debating with one another

  • @Truthsojourner Typical. You sound like a common teacher. The problem is that some of you cannot, for whatever reason, tell the difference between apathy and despair. Apathy=State of indifference/Despair=Lack of hope. Those are two quite different things, sir. Just because one has no hope, nor any reason to hope, does not mean that one doesn't care..

  • Oh how I wish there were more people like Redford in this world.

  • I remember this movie. I watched it back then when I was to decide what to do with my life. I already thought about studying Political Science, but was not sure because of all the bullshit they say about it. Then I saw the movie... It really made me think and gave me a push in the right direction. Meanwhile, I am almost finished with my Bachelor of Political Science and I just love doing what I do! Great Movie!

btw: What's the name of the Mark Isham Song, when he says "Rome is burning"?

  • yes exactly i agree Andrew Garfield is the the new super hero as Spider man.he has the look and the guts and i think that he can do it better like what Toby mcquire did at Spider man 1, 2, and 3.he is awesome.

  • As a person that finds himself in the Prof. position everyday, it is comforting to know that I'm not the only one that is dismayed at the apathy of the generation currently coming of age. However, that does little to assuage my dismay.
