  • Well, when I do this I try to make it fluid no matter what, comfortable, that's the way to coax things open. Actually my spine felt pretty bendy today and hip flexors were loose, but my shoulders (left esp) and back muscles were aching and tight.

4:15, yeah I bend my knees a little and walk my hand down around the back of my knee. Then both hands after.

Well, I'm going to have to go and check you out and subscribe, I'm new on YouTube... but if you don't put it up, email :)

  • Post, Boodi! These slips are really helpful. Thanks, S -- this is great to watch. K

  • Wow you are so fluid! You've obviously got a lot of mobility in your upper back too. Wish we could see your legs! :) Around 4:15 do you have your hand on the back of your leg? Can't tell.

If I add any extra credit back bending to my 2nd tomorrow and film it I'll either post a video response or (if I think it's too embarrassing for public viewing), I'll send you a link to a private clip.
