The internet cost? it can be nothing and it can be expensive, let's say you will use dial up, in that case you need a internet service provider (ISP), if the isp is free then you pay nothing, if it has a cost then you will pay.
Some countries have free ISPs, normally they have a limit of time you can use.
Using a broadband adaptor is great, but online auctions will show you that they cost ALOT.

i can't do it on dreamcast but i can make the srank items on pso ver.2 for pc.
Is there a point to it, because they all look the same as the original wepons, some just change phonton color (cream/yellow), while other actually remain the same and they perform a random special (ver.2 only)
