Itzhak Perlman talks about why he opposes Prop 8

Itzhak Perlman should know better, because he is Jewish, and it's right there in the Torah:

"Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination." (Leviticus 18:22)

Yes, Perlman knows better... He's a warm-blooded human who believes in love for his fellow men and women. He doesn't claim to speak the word of God (for many do) nor does he claim fame in this public appearance. He speaks as a human and you have to respect that -- God Bless Him, and I can't speak for God on your account...

I don't see how what he says is relevant. All of his children have the same right to marry as anyone else.
