  • BBQ-Bob is one of my alltime favourites he also wrote "Motherless Child Blues" that was covered by Eric Clapton. BBQ-Bob was a superb guitar player.

  • Such a sensitive voice and gentle touch on the guitar. Bob was great.

  • The name of the song is "Let me be your little dog"

  • Beautiful and interesting photos.

  • Are you sure this isn't Blind Willie McTell?

  • Golden Canary!!!

  • Awesome photos!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Um...the first line of lyric was borrowed by Carl Perkins on "Matchbox"...proving that rock n' roll was indeed born out of the blues, or stolen.

  • This is wonderful. Why haven't I been listenign to this guy all my life?

  • @LizzyDouglas I know I'm a year late but I think it needs noting that Blind Willie Johnson performed Motherless Children first but, Mr Bob's cover was definately better than anything of Clapton's or Jack White
