this guy was handcuffed with unnecessary force. im sure i would pull away to if i had done nothing. and for those out there think this is because the officer was white that its an uproar, think again. this was an innocent guy. if he wasnt there would be reasons beyond belief as to why they shot him but they have no reasons. also a taser looks and feels nothing like a gun. trust me i know. rest in peace oscar grant. your in my new lyrics and thoughts

so could you please tell me mr "warmonger" what this guy was handcuffed and arrested for?? and you truly believe when a cop is in the wrong using his egotistical powers man given might i add. that people should not speak back??? this guy who died was telling his friends to co operate with these police that dont seem to know how to do their job properly. there were 3 of the cops to him one he was handcuffed and faced down. how do u figure he should get shot with a taser or a gun? poor guys dead

operative word is victim, what exactly would you have feared for your life?? there where 3 police on this innocent "victim" regardless of color. they were troubling the guys who were peacefully sat down against a wall not a threat to the officers or the public at large, the guy even begged for his life and made reference to his 4 yr old child. the unnecessary force used upon this poor individual again regardless of color or stereotypes was just that unnecessary. there were many witnesses present
