Finding beauty in making connections between a diagnosed illness and the larger, external world (higher res version)

screened at the Venturous Vanguard Film festival.

(offers some of the art of) Living with multiple sclerosis.

An attempt to appreciate and understand what a disconnect between brain and action, disconnect between the transmission of instructions from the brain and the instructions carried out by parts of the body receiving damaged or altered instructions.

Almost an anarchy of body (beautiful anarchy).

Almost parts of the body rebelling, refusing to take orders; parts of the body acting up, acting out on their own, going independent, making their own rules, exercising their "rights" to express themselves without being controlled and dominated by the brain.

Also: the making of lemonade in response to being given some neurological lemons.

Documents an aesthetic attempt to manufacturer and maintain a positive attitude.

Power over a neurological disorder.

Featured in the VVF (Venturous Vanguard Film Festival) in 2007.
