pmoneil, "free" energy is long been here. The elite threaten, bribe - murder the many who've tried to introduce it.
I swear, it's as if the ppl on this planet have been put to sleep w/poppies!
The last line I quote is IMPORTANT:
"The reason alternating current can travel great distances with little resistance is because it folds space-time.
AC wires are more like antennas which provide an axis for the folds.
IF THE FREQUENCY & VOLTAGE ARE HIGH ENOUGH, NO WIRE IS NEEDED"

here the thing if its anty gravity why does it have thrust if its antygravity it will work in a vacume also it might be gravity sheilding but i really dought it
-
not antygravity

@pmoneil Clearly no one has told you about the paper NASA put out in 2004. They did extensive testing with lifters and other asymetrical capacitors and found absolutely no evidence of an antigravitic effect being present at all. Their tests where quite thoroughly explained in the paper. Such detail was used that even a 10 year old could recreate some of the experiments. At least the ones not involving multi-million dollar equipment.

I agree there is an airflow caused by the high voltage, not an antigravity effect. I built a lifter and photographed it running in a Schlieren setup and you can see the airflow around the high voltage wire moving down toward the foil electrode. The video is on my blog if you are interested. It's clear that there is quite a bit of turbulent airflow. Does that account for all the lift? I'm not sure but I bet its most (all) of it. - Otto

@UnderManiac This guy doesn't know what he is talking about, it is simply air flow causing lift. However, I do believe in aether and I know all about the Michelson-Morley Experiment which made a wrong assumption about the characteristics of the aether. Atomic matter only corresponds to 5% of all the energy in the Universe, that is dark matter and dark energy make up the rest which might turn out to be an aether. You will find the aether makes a comeback very soon.

I believe in an aether but this guy doesn't know what he is talking about. This is not anti-gravity, it is simply are moving cause life. This device doesn't work in a vacuum, if it was anti-gravity, it would work in a vacuum.

how do you explain the operation of the lifter in high vacuum. Aether was never disproven. The results of michelson moreley were not what they expected not a null result. See relativity challenge.

@pmoneil This Ion wind effect does not work without air and so was abandoned for a means of space travel decades ago.

@pmoneil OMFG this is such a simple technology, The thin wire is charged with very high voltage, very low current and so ionises the air around the wire. These Ionised air particles are immediately attracted to the foil strip dragging neutral air particles with it and so producing thrust. The assembly (usually made of balsa wood frame or other light material) is sufficiently light for it to lift off. It will thrust in whatever direction u point it. there is no "anti-gravity" effect whatsoever...

#1, There is no "aether". Science has proven it not to exist! This was an outmoded idea that was used to explain how light traveled through space, as it was thought light was a wave. Sounds do not travel in the vacuum of space because there is no medium to transfer the energy through.
Gravity doesn't travel down to the earth either.
The charges in the lifter are both electric and magnetic because they are charged moving air molecules. The effective electrode size of the wire is really a 30mm radius tube of positively charged ions moving at the speed of sound. Aether will not flow in only a pure electric field. There must be both a magnetic and electric field between the charges for aether to flow.
Aether will flow in a magnetic charge field between a positive and negative magnetic charge. Thats called a magnetic dipole.

According to this man's explaination of how the device works if you turned the device side ways instead of going to the side it should still go up. I have personally tried this allready... It whent side ways and not up... So sir... try again.

@MrAwsome514
The lifter actually moves aether through itself causing the lifting force.
F=sin(x)vCV^2/d
x is the average angle between the velocity of the charged particles and the electric field lines. x can be determined by experiment.
v is velocity of charges. C the capacitance. V is the voltage. d is the wire plate distance.
this can be derived from applying lorentz force eq with magnetic charges
F=q1(E + vXB) + q2( B - vXE)
q1 is electric charge q2 is magnetic charge

From ThomasTownsend Brown's paper "How I Control Gravitation", SCIENCE AND INVENTION, August, 1929: F = Vm1m2/r2
Where F is the electrokinetic force in newtons or dynes, V is Voltage, m1 is the primary electrode, the cathode- the Saucer (negatively charged), m2 is the anode (positively charged) that is the forward electrode, or upper electrode in the VTOL vertical lifting version, r is the radius or area of the device to be flown horizontally or degravitated.

do you have a copy of the paper?
