Mac's brown holster was pretty cool. It's a shame we never got to see him wear it with the blue polo neck. The only time we ever see him wear a holster is in Find The Lady and briefly in All That Glitters, other than that, he just has his gun tucked in his belt.

I thought that Mac had the same polo neck as Bullitt (or vice versa) last time I saw this clip. Love the way Mac sort of throws the holster down before he checks the gun. I have the exact same holster as that except mine is black, I wish I had one similar to Bullitt's as well though :(

One day, I hope to see Enemy Of The People which starred both McQueen and Bradford. :)

@CI5AgentSweeps We should have seen him wear it more often in episodes like Why They Killed Nolan, Day Of Execution and Night Flight To Andorra. The way Bullitt's holster was made was based on a similar type of gun carrier that was used by real-life San Francisco cop Dave Toschi. :)

@CI5AgentSweeps When I saw that clip of Mac with his gun, I knew he had on the same sweater as Bullitt. That really must have been very fashionable back in 1967/68 :D. Also, you can notice that Bullitt is in a calmer and cooler mood as he puts on his holster as that's the sort of man he is whereas Mac is more broody and intense, looking troubled and reluctant. That's how good RB always was.
