The parts are assembled with a ring of solder and flux is applied. The assembly is placed within the induction heating coil and power is applied.

The assembly is completed in about 20 seconds:

efficiently; heat is applied only where required
effectively; batch temp cycling eliminated, increasing through-put
uniformly; heat is applied evenly, so braze flows evenly
flamelessly; induction heats by creating friction in the part
precisely; induction system puts temperature control in your hands
selectively; metallurgical properties of the parts are preserved
