cummins max rpm around 3000, ford max rpm around 6000 go figure, now put a 10,000 lb trailer on both and have them go up hill then see what happens

@LegitVisionz Gasoline= power? wtf are you talking about? Diesel= 10x the power + black smoke. A gasser is going to beat a diesel in a race but thats it. lets see what happens when they hook up bumper to bumper.

@LegitVisionz hmm. never heard of a "tranny blowing up" maybe tearing it up but... and diesels normally have a stronger tranny anyway so what r u talking about?? I dont know what your point is in that comment..? And I garuntee you will never tear up an allison automatic.

@LegitVisionz what???
-
@GetThatHoleshot without the tranny blowing up? plz. u kiddin rite?

@arnoldt14 of course the ford would beat a diesel cummins... its a ford! AND THEY USE GAS! GASOLINE= POWER
DIESEL=BLACK SMOKE?
win or lose. your choice

First off, diesels aren't for racing they are for torque, that's why they cant rev worth a crap. Gas can produce more ore the same hp as a same size diesel engine with a turbo on it, but not more torque. So being said it was stupid to try to race a gas.

i have a feeling if the trans was built up a little bit in the cummins they'd be pretty even. It was almost a no brainer who'd win that race.
that oneswifty don't look too bad tho man

The Dodge is mine and at the time of the video it had 295,000 MILES on the clock! I've since then rebuilt the tranny but still can't keep a torque converter in it!
What's daddy gonna say when he finds out you're racing the new truck he just bought you Red?
