Come to Texas hahaha we caught one just the other night! Very young, still light tan with very obvious markings... Prolly just had its first shedding
Then later came across a black and gold Speckled King snake, he's gorgeous! Alot older though

@Reebbo all animals in the pet trade came from wc animals but some animalspoeple dont breed them alot so wc animals are shipped in will some of the wc animals die yes but the ones that make it here live longer then in the wild plus you can get snakes from breeders

Your lucky. The kingsnakes we have in Louisiana, the speckled kingsnake, are always aggressive. They always strike a lot when I see them, but oh well, sometimes you gotta take a bite for the team, you know?
-
just curious, but are you against keeping snakes that you find? because i have 2 female cornsnakes, and we caught a big male black ratsnake. and we were going to crossbreed them so now we have the black rat snake as a pet.
-
u have any of them as pets?
-
good job! i do that sometimes with injured animals, too.
-

I live in Sweden and we have laws against that, but I think there should be laws against that in the us to. (for all reptiles)
do you keep the things you find that would be sick you could keep them for a while and sell

nah, I don't remove anything from the wild at all. Nor do I keep any snakes myself.
I am 100% against selling wild caught animals.

lol why was the swift lizard breathing to heavily?
sacredcobra155 3 years ago
haha those small lizards have really fast heart rates, combine that with the fact that she probably thought I was going to eat her...
That can make for some pretty heavy breathing.
