Crotch rocket? I thought your bike was in the sport tourer category. The SV1000 can easily be outrun by the super sports. But the SV wins in comfort!

How are you liking your new screen? I still hear about the same amount of noise. You did say it was making you less conscious of the wind though. But I had first blush impressions change with time. That's why I ask again.

@Fudmottin I agree the sound of the wind in the camera is about the same not much difference. What I have noticed though it is does seem to cut through the wind better as before the wind would hit up against my chest now it's more like by my head but the helmet doesn't seem to catch it too much. I do like it better than the shorter windscreens especially at higher speeds. The real test will be the santa ana winds we get out here they are very dangerous...I will be filming that in the summer

@shockofgod Cool. Since my bike is a naked, it isn't too sensitive to the wind since it doesn't have an airfoil built on it. But I sure do feel the wind! And rain does not get deflected from me.

@Fudmottin yeah I hear the naked bikes are better in strong wind as the fairings actually act like sails capturing the wind. That's why I like that my bike only has a windscreen fairing but the motor has no fairings on it so it stays cooler and same as yours it doesn't capture the wind. I had a ninja 250 and that thing was a wind magnet it was also very light so it was terrifying in the wind...I mean it was really scary lol
