It would be helpful to know her powerlifting poundages. I am an old man trying to compete in Senior Games and it would be helpful for me to compare my strength in the bench press, squat, standing press etc with someone like Serita's. Maybe I could figure out how strong I would have to get in order to throw as far as she throws.

Hi there,
Serita is a heptahlete so her weight training programme has to carefully constructed. She has to develop that very specific strength to cope with running, jumping and throwing. No heavy loadings are included. We work at about 70% of maximum to develop dynamic and explosive strength. She would include squatting, power clean as her 'primary' exercises coupled with a plyometric and complex programme.
