Actually, Noona can be a Korean name...

and i know thats what they call older women, like onisan onesan in japanese...

its like the world "elder" some one older than you.... which is different from "elderly"

Her name is not noona, noona is not a Korean name. Noona is the word used for when a younger guy calls an older female. It is like saying older sister, but it does not necessarily mean they are actual relatives, but can either friends or a couple.
