Jaguar attacks a hammock

An old hammock is being attacked and destroyed by a 2 1/2 year old jaguar. Very scary!

1-it could (and should) tear him to shreds

2-he wont raise it properly

You are so very right! As one observativer person already stated some time ago: "If you look closely, you can clearly see the zipper and that it is a a small man, or a teenager, dressed up in a jaguar outfit"

@kbing1100 Don't kid yourself, yes that's true but there's still vast amounts of space of wild untouched territory they can and still live in. Be stubborn all you like decades or centuries from now the wild will always still be best place for them to live at. Privately owning them is the same as poaching them.

@MllionDollarQuestion Amen to that. You take on an exotic pet, you might as well have adopted a child. Its not the fact that owning one isnt smart, i agree with you its those who arent smart enough to take care of one when they DO get it.

The chances are that it will eventually kill you or at least seriously injure you one day. You might have fun with it 1000 times but there always is that one time where these animals just do what they would in the wild because of instinct.

I hope this isn't a stupid question, but isn't it a little dangerous having a jaguar as a pet? How do you train it not to attack you?
