@TehTy777 No command grab in this game can be comboed or chained into. Any time a command grab lands, it is because the opponent stood still or attempted an attack that the command grab beat. None of Zangief's (or anyone else's) grabs are meant to be usable in a combo at all, so this is indeed a bug.

The zangief one isn't a bug. He is supposed to be able to chain from palm into any of his grabs. Palm has very little to no hit or block stun

@ooogooman As a regular throw or Super, it will only read two inputs (attack > throw), so it will be full damage. However with ultras, they count as two inputs by themselves, so the ultra would be downscaled to 80% (attack > X > ultra).

@AugustoMoura88 Really? There is a single frame of hitstun, and only a single frame, that can be thrown? And only on one character? It's clearly a bug.
