    Glad to see you're on the right track with the supplements. Something I didn't include in the video was to make sure you have a good multi-vitamin, I also take Calcium tablets as well (can't go wrong with strong healthy bones).

    Just remember, your diet plan, recovery plan and workout plan = 90% of your results while supplements = the other 10% of your results.
