Our patented invention recalibrates a persons body into proper posture. It is the only posture improvement training device that creates bicep rotation. We have found that a gentle bicep rotation causes a turning motion in the arm that draws the shoulders back, creating a chain reaction in the body to align itself into proper posture. This chain reaction originates at the bicep, transitions to the shoulders, then to the scapula and through the entire spine. The Posture Trainer is designed to be used together with an exercise DVD. It will be an easy to follow workout routine that uses simple exercises to accelerate the strengthening of the shortened and weakened muscles due to poor posture. It also trains the mind to be more aware of good posture.
