In most community, business, and entertainment centers as the projects are completed the city has plans for keeping the walking environment cool. Its tough though sure, sometimes they have periods of the day where people are asked to stay inside, but dont underestimate the developers ability to address these challenges

Either being slaves, or being inside all day with the A.C blasting. Forieners can't be outside for more than 5 minutes, cuz in the metric system it's about 60 to 70 C (celcious) in farinheight, that's about 160 dg's.

Seems like they must be compensating for something by building something this tall.

yeah the place may be loaded in money and it may be building new things faster than any other place on earth but i just get the impression the whole place lacks soul.
