  • Nice job

  • what a load of tosh ! no benifit for the muscles

  • @muzimuzi Hello Michael, yes ok.

I am an istructor of body building and fitness.

I do races of Bench press with barbell .

When, you do incline bench, you well push with foot on the ground.

For do well Bench press, you must train stabilization muscle.

Biceps, lats, trapezius, legs and other.

    no, too plates. :-)

  • @pierix27 I am 70-71KG and i Lift dumbells 46x14 times and BARBELL BENCH press i do 120KGx5-6

I am not strong at all - i have weak squat and OK deadlift squat around 110-115 and deadlift 160-170

But i Bought olympic dumbell so I put gym plates on dumbell to make it bigger than 46 maybe 60KG and i can do 5-6 reps with DBs like this video so i am strong with dumbells but not very much with barbell bench press

  • @muzimuzi Yes, I understand.

I seen in your channel, You're strong.

I would like to do a question to you.

Are you 70 Kg, how much are you weight?

How much lift on bench press, only one flex over the top?

With rules, If you do not sorry! Hello.

  • @pierix27 hehe i see man, I've been into a compettiotn myself with benchpress but i didnt mean BARBELL BENCH PRESS i meant DUMBELL BENCH PRESS, like in this video - lets say if i weight 70KG then i need to lift 70kg in each hand that would make a double bodyweight with dumbells, not barbell

  • @muzimuzi 1- Judge give the "ok" to take the bar, you do stopping for 2 seconds with arms stretched.

2- Judge says to go "down", and you go down slowly down, you do stopping for two seconds.

3- The Judge says to go up and you go up.

4- Stop and put the bar on bench.

Other two judges give the consense, if one it is not positive, everything failed.

    Greeting from Calabria. ;-)

  • @muzimuzi I would respond to your comment because I have respect of this sport, "Bench Press".

I haven't never seen a guy than push 65/70Kg anymore of the own weight.

We have rules, for example: do not doping use, cuffs, the grip is standard for all, head and foot do not remove for everything to time of exercise.

    One Judge controls the exercise:

  • @pierix27 i dont understand spanish my friend, were u trying to say somthing about my comment?
