  • thats ugly and you aint shaking anybody

  • @cheke64 10 years of pro ball and hundreds of points scored on that same move. Take out your note book. You very rarely shake high level players so moves are not developed to shake anyone just get the defender to drop one foot behind the other giving you an angle to get him sliding sideways. That's why the title says mid range setup moves. Its not And1, its real basketball. This is a counter already set up by an earlier base move. Learn the game before you comment on it.

  • @Program51 theres better ways of creating space like getting lower and dribbling ball far right and then quick left. Your wasting too much energy plus your defender can rip you . I appreciate your reply

  • @cheke64Getting low and dribbling quick one way or another does nothing against good defenders. Its all about your feet, initially getting the defender reacting and keeping you body between the defender and the ball. in 10 years of pro ball I can count on one hand how many times I've been ripped off the dribble. Understand the theory of set-up, this move has been set up by a previous move so the defender is sitting on something else. You are only thinking the game on a very basic level.

  • @cheke64 Why dribble the ball far right when I can manipulate only my feet to accomplish the same thing, while protecting the ball? Your solution is wasting too much energy. The idea is to simply get your feet outside the defenders stance. If you can do that he will react. Lastly if you are not changing speeds and level's its going to be very hard to get good defenders moving... Its what you learn after you know everything that counts young man.
