Andromeda Black and Ted Tonks- Get Up

Happy Holidays everyone!!

This is one of my favorite stories in the Harry Potter fandom. It's like the Romeo & Juliet of the fandom with a happier ending. Andromeda comes from the Black family, an old line of pure blood wizards while Ted Tonks is muggle born. In the video, I had Narcissa be the first one finding out about the lovers and telling Andromeda's parents.

One of the main reasons why I made this video is because most of the andromeda videos (including my older ones) mainly used the movie "pride and prejudice". Its a good movie but I wanted a new cast to play these characters and Im pretty happy with the choices (any time I can use Tom Hardy is a plus ).

I mostly used her in the BBC series "Robin Hood" and a miniseries called "The Little House"

I have to say I was kind of confused about how the majority of clips used were from period films. I understand lack of clips but it seemed to me like you actually looked for clips where the female characters were in period dresses? Anyways, great video. Loved all the Wuthering Heights clips.

Yes I wanted a period look when dealing with the Black family.I feel like the Black Family is very old school in their ways and would stick to wearing period clothing rather than be more modern like the muggles.

I absolutely adore the Andromeda/Ted story and your casting is amazing! This really brought a tear to my eye. It makes you wonder if Narcissa and Andromeda ever reconciled after the Battle of Hogwarts. I would like to think so, but there was a lot of hatred there too.

So lovely, and your casting was WONDERFUL. I loved the scene where Narcissa sees Andy and smiles. <3 and the then the Tonks family. Oh gosh...goning to tear up again now!
