What's up everyone just a quick update. School is finished for the fall semester and winter break is beginning! I am looking to put our more videos and looking for some ideas you may have in mind, or content you may like to see. So leave comments on what types of videos you are interested in, open to all suggestions and opinions. Also comment on the Facebook page as well! Thanks again for all the support!

  • do a vid about the cardio for fat burning,how long for and how often,and is it possible to lose more then 2 pound per week on a 400 to 500 calorie deficit .

  • @luclynn14 Carido just puts you in a deficit. No it is not possible to burn that much weight in a deficit. a 500 calorie deficit per day will burn 1 lb per week.

  • do you think you could do some back workout vids and school meals (high school) it would be awesome if it would be REALLY portable.... thanks

  • Can you make a video on egg yolks? I hear so much different about the egg yolks, some say "throw them out it's bad fats" etc and some say "eat the yolks its the part of the egg with most vitamins" etc....Would be nice to hear your opinion on this subject since I am very confused. Thanks ;)

  • meal vids would be good and more workout vids

  • more innovative exercises (too many guys do same exercises in same order & wonder y they don't grow) & some posing.
