let him (presenter)learn chatting/intracting with people without teasing them.that's the primary requirment for a good presenter.Then he should know enough knoledge about the topic.kozhi-pidi is not traditional food of Kozhikkode .as someone mentioned below it has a sort of relations with roman catholic.
