it's NOT "a good thing when you're out of breath" !!! People, know how to breathe when you exercise -- doing so will allow you to more effectively target your abdominal muscles, as well as improve your stamina! But otherwise, this exercise is excellent for intermediates to advance. But working on form is a must! And that you must learn from a trainer, or have some sort of atheletic background.
