@kyle98ful Willliam Warfield-- one of the great black bass-baritones who favored the theatre with their talent during the 20th Century. His "Old Man River" is as classic as that of Paul Robeson and his Porgy stands with one of the greats of the stage. Get the RCA excerpts cd with Leontyne Price, conducted by Skitch Henderson. Now THAT'S a "Porgy & Bess."!!!!
